There are two kinds of keys, soft ones and not soft and then they come in large and small. The soft ones you can bend while the others you can’t so I tend to buy the non soft ones so they will last longer. I have seen them at Petsmart, Target, Walmart and a lot of other little pet stores but they vary in price. The cheapest I have seen are the small ones for 5$ but they usually range from 8-12$.
